Eric Yeo
Managing Director


A graduate from the College of Estate Management (UK) with a graduate diploma in Arbitration as well as a Bachelor of Science, building and quantity surveying from the University of South Australia, Eric started his career as a Contracts Administrator with Kingsfield (S) Pte Ltd in 1988. His training as a specialist in contracts, disputes, and arbitrations involved him in contract management and dispute consultancy works with major projects mainly in the petrochemical industry. In a short span of seven years, he rose to the rank of Director. His achievements in Kingsfield inspired him to start Kingsforce Management in 1994. 

His vision of helping friends and family find the right job and make the most of their career life was made possible with Kingsforce. Understanding aspirations, building relationships and elevating human capital talent by talent is Our Vision. Today, we are passionately trailblazing forward with our legacy of helping friends and clients in need.  

 


Tjia Jinhang
Admin & Operations Manager

After graduating from the University Of Queensland (Australia) with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Jinhang began his career in the military as an officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force for eight years. His background in the military involved commanding and controlling platoons in numerous war gaming exercises. The experience equipped him with strong analytical and critical thinking skills which are commended by many major Kingsforce clients. His role in Kingsforce is vital as he handles daily operations and recruitment duties for them.

 

 

Christine Cheah
Senior Recruitment Consultant
 

An experienced recruitment consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, Christine displays strong Human Resource skills and specialises in permanent, temporal and contract placements.

Along with her wide range of technical terms and a good understanding of specific skill sets tagged to each position, she is also equipped with excellent negotiation, consulting and sourcing capabilities.

 

Joyce Wong
Recruitment Consultant
 

An experienced recruitment consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, Joyce displays strong Human Resource skills and specialises in permanent and contract placements, negotiation, HR consulting, executive search and technical recruiting.

 

Myint Thaw Tar
Recruitment Consultant

Myint specialises in handling all levels of appointment in various fields within the renewable energy and pharmaceutical sector.

Prior to becoming a recruitment consultant, her background as a financial consultant has given her strong network leverage, allowing her to have successfully placed candidates for clients in less than a week.

A confident and goal-oriented individual, Myint has led recruitment initiatives and maintains a strong professional relationship with her clients. She will be backed up by other qualified personnel from Singapore to help staff the ongoing projects and staffing requirements with result oriented candidates. 

 

Lilia M Capati
Recruitment Consultant

Lilia has a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) and has more than 9 years experience in Administration, Human Resources & Project Coordination in the fields of marine, oil & gas, petrochemical process industries in Singapore and globally.

She has led recruitment initiatives and maintained database of experienced engineers, professional and technical staff. Additionally, she has the competence and capability to be directly involved in the recruitment and interviewing process of candidates, pertinent documentation and facilitation of activities and current projects.  

 

Bryan Guk
Recruitment Consultant

Bryan specialises in candidate sourcing and placement for permanent, temporal and contract roles in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Service industries.

 

Wanqi Chu
Human Resource Executive

Wanqi plays a large part in the maintenance of the employee onboarding process and is accountable for the accurate completion of new hires' paperwork, personnel files, and employee records.
