Terms & Conditions are as follows:
1. This Christmas Giveaway is held by Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd.
2. The Christmas Giveaway is only open to residents of Singapore.
3. One lucky winner of the Christmas Giveaway will be given a complimentary 60 minutes body treatment (worth $161) only valid at Jean Yip Loft, 307 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088757.
4. The complimentary body treatment voucher will be valid till 16th February 2020 and is available only upon booking of an appointment.
5. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash or other monetary rewards in part or in full.
7. Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd will not responsible if the voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
8. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
9. By participating in this Christmas Giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10. The Christmas Giveaway will start on the 9th December 2019 and end on the 20th December 2019, 2359.
12. Acceptance of the voucher shall constitute consent on the winners’ part, to allow the use of the winners’ entry, names, images, video footage, voices and/or likeness by the Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes, without further compensation, in any media for an unlimited period of time, except where prohibited by law.
13. Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the voucher without prior notice.
14. Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
